Description
The Manual Treadmill is used for the study with the head-fixed approach in awake and behaving mice. Stress in awake head-fixed mice caused by immobility can be minimized by placing them on the manual treadmill. In head-fixed mice, researchers can study brain activity with imaging and recording at a cellular or subcellular level.
