Metabolic Cage for Ruminant Animal
Model: BLI-MBS01B / MBS01S / MBS01G
Description
RESPIRATION CHAMBERS for ruminant animals are built with the main purpose of measuring methane, but also the emission of carbon dioxide, ammonia, and consumption of oxygen. The concentration of gases is measured by infrared gas sensors. The Air Flow System, consisting of inverters, blowers, and MFM(mass flow meter) is controlled to operate at an accurate air flow rate set by the PC program.

Key Features
- Each chamber is equipped with a temperature control device and heating/cooling system to maintain a constant temperature
- Water traps between the filter and the MFMs to prevent condensation
- Circulation Fan in the chamber makes Gas measurement more stable
- Airflow rate is set by the PC program and it is controlled automatically
- MAIN CONTOL BOX communicate with PC program and control Valves and Blowers.
- The data measured by the gas sensor are stored in time units by a computer program (It is also saved as an EXCEL format file)
